If you need to cancel your session, you must do so with at least 24 hours notice, as to not be charged a $100 non-cancellation. If you are a no-show for the appointment you will be charged the $100 no-show fee.
You can reschedule your session with the buttons in your confirmation email.
You’ll join the call via the Zoom link provided in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling. You’ll also find the date, time, and Zoom link for your session in the reminder email you’ll receive 24 hours before your session.
